Welcome to the Lasata Senior Living Campus. The campus includes Lasata Care Center, a recently renovated 130-bed rehabilitation and skilled care nursing and facility; Lasata Crossings, a 60-unit Residential Care Apartment Complex assisted living facility; and Lasata Heights, a 60-unit apartment building for independent seniors over age 62.

We offer a safe and homelike environment throughout our continuum of care. Our dedicated staff and diverse programming ensure that we provide services with respect and dignity while maintaining individuality for each person we assist and care for at any level throughout their stay, whether for assisted living, short-term rehabilitation or long-term care.

We offer a full range of services for seniors whether it is engaging in our active social program in our independent senior apartments, assistance and supervision in our assisted living facility, short term rehabilitation services or long-term care in our skilled nursing facility

The Care Center offers a full range of skilled services including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Residents admitted for short term stays will enjoy amenities including private rehabilitation suites when available, in addition to complimentary cable TV and Wi-Fi, in room private phones, whirlpool baths and private and public lounges. We offer delicious and nutritious hot meals and snacks individualized to meet your needs and preferences. Social activities for short term stays are designed to engage you in the things that you enjoy or want while recuperating. The campus provides beautiful outdoor spaces including gazebo, walking trails and gardens.

At Lasata Crossings we provide the support you need by offering different levels of services. As your needs may increase, the full time registered nurse and housing manager will assess and put in place the various services required to keep you safe, healthy and comfortable in your home as long as it is appropriate. Lasata Crossings offers 3 delicious meals per day with several food choices to satisfy your preferences. Weekly housekeeping and linen service, weekly assistance with showering or a whirlpool spa and assistance with dressing and personal care as needed are available. Assisted living tenants will enjoy an active social program including Wi-Fi, special entertainment, community trips, on-site banking, along with fitness and wellness center, beauty shop, library and computer center. On site therapy and podiatry services are available if needed. Onsite wellness screenings are included.

Lasata Heights, our independent senior apartments, offers numerous amenities including some newly renovated apartments, meal program and social, recreational, educational and spiritual programs to provide tenants the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of leisure activities including community trips. On-site beauty and barber shop, fitness center and banking services also available along with underground parking. 24 hour emergency call response, secured entrance and daily check-in provided to keep you safe. Ability to receive therapy services, if needed, are also available on campus.
